Krystian Sisson Joins NNI
Krystian Sisson (Muscogee (Creek) Nation) joins us as the new coordinator for the Udall Foundation Native American Congressional Internship Program. She oversees the internship program, provides support to the interns, and serves as a liaison between the interns' congressional and government placement offices, the Udall Foundation, and the Native Nations Institute (NNI). Krystian is an alumnus of the Udall Internship and has a host of social work and District of Columbia policy work experience. Krystian holds a B.S. in psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Violence and Injury Prevention and a Policy specialization from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University. She is also a member of the Udall Alumni Association Board. In her free time, Krystian enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter, running, and doing beadwork.
