Kyra is from Kinlichee, AZ on Navajo Nation. She is pursuing a B.S. in Family Studies and Human Development with a thematic minor in Anthropology/American Indian Studies. As NNI's Data Manager she is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all of NNI's programs and projects and assisting with other administrative duties in the office.

As a student with the university she has worked on projects that are centered around Native American Youth Development such as Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Prevention among Native Americans and Native SOAR. She is currently designing a program on increasing Indigenous high school graduation rates in the State of Arizona.
