Juan was born and raised in Nogales, Arizona. He earned a bachelors in Biochemistry at the University of Arizona. Juan serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy and the Native Nations Institute. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and watching movies.
