Kalt, Ph.D., is Ford Foundation Professor of International Political Economy (emeritus) at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, a faculty associate at the Native Nations Institute, affiliate faculty at the James E. Rogers College of Law, and co-founder and co-director of the Harvard Project on American Indian Economic Development.
