Dr. Elizabeth Rule (Chickasaw Nation) -- author; Assistant Professor of Critical Race, Gender, and Culture Studies at American University; and Deputy Secretary for First Nations for the State of New York -- will give a talk on her research and experience as an Indigenous scholar, educator and civil servant.
